Hip mobility is very important because we sit so often throughout our day. You need to stretch the muscles in your hip region on a daily basis. The hip stretch shown in the video should be performed daily once in the morning and once in the afternoon or evening. Hold the stretch for 45 seconds and then switch legs and stretch the other side for 45 seconds. Repeat this stretch throughout the day to improve hip mobility.
